Milt always has some silly excuse why he can't post his
"documentation." Just like when I challenged him to post his "proof"
that I was stalking him and he couldn't, or when I challenged him to
provide one case where a judge ruled against a private party in a
First Amendment based case because he'd be violating he First
Amendment if he didn't...

Milt's problem is that he doesn't understand written facts and logic
so he posts his gut feelings and intuitions and, of course, he can't
back that up. To make matters worse, his gut feelings are pretty
inaccurate. Only a moron would claim that you could escape serious
injury by simply running away from buckshot and nobody familiar with
computer networks would claim that other users of your internet
provider had the same IP address as yourself. And then here's old
Milt who works as a paralegal who didn't know that the Bill of Rights
only protected you from the government.
