The Democrats can stop this war by stopping all funding and to do that
they only need 41 votes. They have all the power they need to make sure
no more money is spent in Iraq but instead of doing what the American
people want they're lying to us about those big bad Republicans.

Or the Dems could simply demand the GOP and Bush support tax increases
to pay for the war and the war would end over night.

Yes, Republicans don't care about this country - they never have.
They've cut taxes when we had trillions of dollars of debt so clearly
their more interested in destroying our nation more than any other
single thing - but we've known that for a long time.

There are no more good Republicans left. They go on TV and say they want
to end this war and say the war is lost and then they turn around and
vote for more spending and do everything in their power to make sure the
war keeps going. Dems have to know by now that Republicans can't be
trusted - they say one thing and then vote another war. How do you deal
with men who have so little character? You don't.
