The word that you are desperately searching for is "confiscating". And
it wasn't FEMA who started taking guns after Katrina, it was the New
Orleans police department after they had been shot at by unknown
assailants in the disaster area. Nor did they use gun registrations
to find the weapons. And the gun confiscation was rapidly ruled as
being unconstitutional by the court system. That the way the system
of checks and balances works in the United States.

Does God enforce those rights, sport?

Sorry Seon, I didn't say that. But there are limits on all rights.
One of the easiest explanation is your rights end where mine begin.
Some examples: You can't yell fire in a crowded theater if no danger
really exists. You can't slander or libel someone. You can't force a
newspaper to print something. You can't just make up a religion, say
that includes the use of drugs as a "religious practice" and expect it
to be accepted.

>police dont need a
>warrent to search your house or tap your phones and stuff?

Which is another good example - no warrant is needed if the police
witness a crime being committed. Why don't you actually read the
amendment? You might notice the word "unreasonable" in the text.
