Two of the deaths took place BEFORE the nuclear bomb incident and the
last one doesn't seem to have any relation to the incident (or there's
nothing in the story saying it has anything to do with the two Air Force
bases in question). In fact, he last spoke to his family in late Aug,
before the incident took place. It's interesting that at least four
people were killed in such a short period of time, but mostly from car
accidents.
