Her plan in 1994 should have been passed. No one would have been
denied medical coverage due to a pre-existing condition, and it was a
way of tracking illegal aliens who are given Medicaid (paid for by
taxpayers).
The Republicans at that time were completely involved in their witch-
hunt on President Clinton (for receiving oral sex from a woman), and
smearing the Clintons, to do any work on healthcare (and to block
everything that was proposed). Nothing has changed in ten years.
Beside the fact that the Refuckmycans could care less about healthcare
as long as it does not affect their families (same as with this war -
no soldiers are named Jenna, Barbara, or Noelle).
