She didn't vote for the war. That's a myth perpetuated by people who try
to justify the war with the "Aw, Gee, mom, everybody's doing it" ploy.
She voted to give the President the authority to use force if necessary,
and this is required by the Constitution. The President can commit the
military to use force without that authorization, but he has to get the
authorization soon after. Her vote was to give the President the
authority to make war if necessary. It wasn't a vote in favor of
starting a war.
But you didn't answer the question. How does her voting record, then,
mean she has balls where Bush doesn't have balls?
