The ability to sue is one thing, but it is your opinion rather got screwed.
Dan's biggest problem I believe is he is trying to rehabilitate his legacy
when his problem is the facts are not on his side. That's all not to
mention this case has got to be the most frivolous high profile corporate
suit ever which doesn't bode well for how rather and this scandal will
ultimately be how he is remembered!

I was hoping Dan would go out with more dignity since his early years were
his best years as an outstanding on the cutting edge reporter/journalist.
Its just really too bad he will always be member with this entire episode of
him trying to influence a presidential election with unauthentic documents.
