That's a terrific solution... to a problem we don't have.
It would indeed prevent this crime that almost never happens.
And all it would require is that every polling place in the nation add
an extra level of redundancy to the already existing checks and balances.
I've asked this a lot before on other matters, and as time goes by I'll
ask it more on even more others.
How much in additional taxes would you be willing to spend to fund this
new expansion of government activity?
