What about cutting off expensive life-sustaining, medicare-funded
procedures for people over 70?

And raising taxes back to pre-Bush levels?

We have to be realistic about funding this war. The Chinese are not
going to carry our notes and bonds forever. Sooner or later they are
going to want to turn them into hard assets... like US real estate.
