If they are one day commissioned by the government; who knows what
they will determine. If the determinition of human life is one day
based on provable science are you OK with science deciding that human
life begins with the first heartbeat?

Whatever scientific measure they would establish it would be a severe
limitation upon abortion. I'm surprised Susan mentioned it.
