Persons who operate their vehicles, whether they are .08 or above or below,
have committed no infraction if they are OBEYING the traffic codes.
To assert that drivers who operate their vehicles safely on the highways,
whether they are .08 or above or below are criminals is ludicrous.
Allowing alcoholic beverage companies to profiteer in this nation via party
'animal' advertising and then subjecting the people to the entrapment ploys
of an unconstitutional asset seizure, tax paid brigade is in violation of
