A Rome man pleaded guilty this morning to shooting a 20-year-old Rome man four times with a shot gun during a confrontation on a city street in May. Bobby Ray Hunt, 34, pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in Oneida County Court and faces 20 years in prison when he is sentenced Friday, Oct. 29.
