Regency Hotel Proposes Renovation

COLUMBIA - The Regency Hotel is proposing a $17.5 redesign to better represent the ambiance of downtown Columbia. According to plans introduced to the city council, the new hotel will feature an indoor pool, rooftop patio lounge and locally inspired artwork.
