Art Badgley, 90, gets a closer look Wednesday at a 1932 Ford Roadster which, along with more than a dozen other vintage cars, was brought to his 90th birthday party in Cottage Hills. Badgley, a well-known local drag racer, was honored by a visit from the FBI-Fat Boys of Illinois, Southern Chapter.
